the staff was helpful. mr saqueel assisted with my bags upon arrival. my room was clean and had everything i needed. the breakfast was varied and delicious.
some facilities need maintenance, though they are still good enough.

the room was nice and spacious with a lovely view it was very clean which i appreciated. the breakfast had a relaxed environment and was very good. i found the value for money to be really good for what was offered.
i noticed a few things were broken in the room. the kettle and bathroom glass needed attention. there were also no electricity sockets on one side of the bed and the lights were hard to figure out.

the breakfast was amazing it offered a great variety of dishes that changed daily. this kept things fresh and interesting ensuring a satisfying start to the day. chef khaldoun kiran and ayman provided an really good atrium experience.

the location is in a nice clean area with access links to the marina offering convenient transport options. it is easily accessible from different highway exits simplifying travel to northward and southward areas. this makes it easy to explore the city.

the front desk staff were helpful and friendly always ready to assist with any queries. the housekeeping staff ensured my room was super clean and well-stocked every day. their really good service contributed to a pleasant stay.

I found the front desk staff helpful. Angel and Queenie at reception showed maturity and a caring attitude. They assisted me beyond expectations. Rakib, Rup, and Govind at service were proactive. They ensured I was well-served and promptly provided water and other items!

i was upgraded to a suite upon arrival by the front desk. it was a nice touch . the breakfast offered a good variety of choices to start the day. i also dined at the belgian cafe one evening and found it to be a good spot for a relaxed meal.
some minor issues affected my overall experience the light switches were not intuitive. it took me a little while to figure out how to operate them efficiently.

the hotel is conveniently located near the metro offering easy access to various parts of the city. nearby tourist attractions are also easily reachable making it convenient for sightseeing. public transport is within walking distance.

The staff was very receptive. The management treated me with courtesy upon arrival. I received a surprise when I got to the room. I should share the picture of it.
The location of the hotel is in internet city. The rooms are not sound proof as I heard noise from the corridor. I heard loud music noise during the weekend. I will not repeat my stay at this hotel.

The valet service was substandard. The team seemed to judge guests by their appearance. i experienced one valet person giving me a sarcastic tone. he said that valet had charges if i didn't have a stamp. He later made me wait, even after seeing that i had a stamp. additionally, the pillows were not comfortable enough. they need replacing.

The front desk upgraded me to a suite that was a very nice gesture. the breakfast included many options. i also had dinner at the belgian cafe. It was nice. the room was clean and the staff were all very pleasant.
